Simon Badger

jennyduncanI moved to the region with my wife to raise our young family and we now call Fordell home.

I am a lawyer and partner in Treadwell Gordon whose footprint neatly mirrors that of the Trust’s, from the Waimarino in the north, Waverley in the west and Taihape and Marton in the east and all areas in between. I practice predominantly in the areas of commercial, property and rural law. Living on a farm but working in town gives me great insight into the variety of people and ways of life in region.

I chair the Fordell pre-school board of trustees, have roles with Whanganui United Cricket Club and Wanganui Cricket, as well as undertaking a good deal of pro-bono legal work for various charities. I still enjoy playing Cricket and Golf and played 10 years of senior rugby.
